Friends!

Happy Holidays to you all!  We just wrapped up our last club of the year…CHRISTMAS CLUB!
As 2012 comes to a close, we are grateful for many things; and this week Friday the girls, girl leaders and I are excited to be able to give back to a family in the community.  With the help of my previous employer, WSI, we will be purchasing Christmas gifts for a single mom with twin babies in the kids’ neighborhood.  Stay tuned for pictures to come!

This holiday season, I am also extremely grateful for the supporters of this ministry!  As you all know, I am hoping to raise $15,000 to support Young Life in the Kalamazoo Public Schools.  A group of generous donors have agreed to MATCH all gifts given through the end of this year up to $7,500!  I would ask that you all please prayerfully consider giving to this special Year-End Matching initiative.

Here are the different ways you can give:

  • Send a check with Caryn Wiers MI-23 RTD #88815136 to Young Life, 420 N. Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs, CO  80903. (Gifts must be received by December 31st!)
  • Give online!  (Gifts must be received by December 26th!)  Here’s how:
2. Create an account by clicking “Register“, once you have created an account you can log in and proceed with designating a gift.
3. On the main page under Gift  Designation, select “A Young Life Staff Members Ministry” and click  the “Search” button
4. Search “Wiers” and select the third option Caryn Wiers (Mission Staff)
5. Enter the gift amount in the “Gift Amount” box, and select the box, and proceed with “Add Gift

6. Click “Check out” and proceed with your financial information.

Remember:  any gift that you choose to give will be matched!

Thank you, in advance, for your generosity!  Wishing you all a very blessed Christmas!
